The origin of Creative Alchemy

Who am I ?
From which space do I serve?
For as long as I can remember, the performing arts and the desire to support others have been two deep callings within me.
Today, these two pillars come together in Creative Alchemy.
My personal journey—through healing, remission, personal and spiritual development—led me down many paths.
I spent years searching for answers and for therapeutic approaches that bridge the different dimensions of being.
Along the way, I trained in several of these methods, both to better understand myself and to move forward with more clarity.
Before long, the desire to support others and to share what I had received became a calling.
And so Creative Alchemy was born.
A Few Words About My Journey:
After experiencing health issues during my studies, I chose to train in the performing arts—singing, dancing, and acting—to give myself the chance to step on stage and live from my lifelong passion.
I studied in Paris and London, and worked as a singer, actress, and dancer in France and abroad.
At the same time, I continued writing songs—something I’ve done since childhood—and naturally began developing my own musical projects, performing and recording my songs.
Around this time, further health challenges pushed me to explore holistic healing practices that deeply shaped my path.
I trained in yoga, hypnotherapy, energetic massage, shamanic healing, and circle medicine—and walked the path of Faith, which became the foundation of my own healing.
Today, my approach—Holistic Art Therapy—lies at the intersection of creative expression and therapeutic support.
It allows me to:
-
Guide individuals in discovering and embracing their uniqueness
-
Facilitate group workshops and immersive retreats
-
Offer artistic and creative practices that support personal growth, healing, and self-reclamation
-
A Path Shaped by Many Encounters
At age 23, I discovered yoga, which became a crucial ally.
I established a daily practice in Paris and London with teachers like Mathieu Boldron, Amanda Dates, Stewart Gilchrist, and Emi Tull.
In 2018, I completed my Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga training with Coinspire in the Indian tradition of Rishikesh, and began teaching right away.
I also discovered devotional yoga (Bhakti yoga) through sacred chants—powerful tools for inner transformation—and I continue to hold and facilitate these spaces.
That same year, I trained in energetic massage inspired by Tuina and Chi Nei Tsang with Koun Vannaxay, blending this with intuitive healing and shamanic practices to develop my own healing style.
Wisdom of the Circle
A major turning point was encountering circle medicine.
Through a teacher from Quebec, Bhakti, I discovered ancestral traditions around the menstrual cycle, feminine healing, and Native wisdoms.
This helped me begin to heal from endometriosis and a traumatic past that had been holding me back.
I took part in many circles, received teachings, and eventually began sharing my own medicine—facilitating circles and healing spaces for others.
From 2018 onward, I began to share this medicine—through yoga, massage, and sacred circles—and found myself drawn to it more and more.
I became passionate about ancestral practices, human psychology, and the art of supporting others.
In 2021, I trained in Ericksonian hypnotherapy, in order to gain strong tools for individual support, especially for addressing anxiety, trauma, and repeating life patterns through brief therapy methods.
Deepening Through Shamanic Wisdom
In 2022, I entered a cycle of shamanic teachings with Willem Hartman (from the lineage of Roberta Rivin, Robert Moss, and Sandra Ingermann).
This brought depth and coherence to my work in hypnosis, energy healing, and circle medicine—and added a new layer to everything I do.
This ancestral art offers powerful tools to understand the healing process, navigate the subtle world, and work with the metaphoric and unconscious realms—especially through dreamwork and shamanic journeying.
The Fruit of This Journey:
A Show is Born
Most recently, I created my first stage piece, De l'Ombre à la Lumière, in English “From Shadow to Light”—a performance about the inner quest, shadow work, and feminine healing.
It’s a circle-based performance that I now share with the public, often accompanied by talking circles or workshops on voice and movement.
All of these experiences and practices are deeply interconnected, nourishing one another and forming a strong foundation for self-exploration.
Although I’ve now developed my own unique approach, each of these practices has shaped the artist and guide I’ve become—and continues to feed my work every day.
I strive to be of service, acting as a bridge between you and your inner resources, to help you see and reclaim your sovereignty and autonomy.
With joy in walking and sharing this path—again and again.
