Yoga is a path of deep inner exploration — physical, energetic, mental, and spiritual.
Its practice is a powerful tool for regulating the nervous system, reshaping our thought patterns, and improving our overall well-being.
Working on multiple levels, each asana (posture) has an effect not only on the physical body but also on the emotional system (via the nervous and endocrine systems), and on the subtle bodies — through the harmonization of chakras and nadis (the body’s energetic pathways).
These practices also help soothe the constant stream of thoughts, allowing the mind to become an ally rather than an intruder.
Though it is both deeply physical and philosophical, yoga is, above all, a spiritual practice.
Its ultimate aim is to prepare both the body and the mind for a state of deep meditation that enables connection with the Divine (Samadhi) — considered the final step in Self-realization.
In the West, yoga is often approached differently, depending on the practitioner's needs.
Many of us are first drawn to it for its physical, emotional, and mental benefits.
Yet over time, these routines often open the way to a deeper spiritual listening and heart opening.
Practice with me
I offer Hatha and Vinyasa yoga — sometimes dynamic, sometimes restorative — embracing a holistic vision of the human being, and an embodied connection to the sacred, without imposing any beliefs.
My teaching offers gateways to the body and emotions, inviting focus on breath, movement, and mindful awareness.
Special attention is given to women and the menstrual cycle, especially through "Yoga des Lunes" — a set of gentle yoga flows designed to relieve menstrual pain and/or symptoms related to endometriosis.
Stress management and nervous system regulation are also core pillars of my approach.
The yoga I offer honors the body fully, adapting to the needs and challenges of each practitioner.
It becomes a therapeutic tool, a safe space for healing, and a pathway toward self-connection.
